This skills competition closely aligns with the company’s core business, featuring multiple practical and theoretical competition projects such as assembly and debugging of specialized equipment for oil pumping units, equipment fault diagnosis and maintenance, and technical proposal writing, comprehensively testing employees’ professional skills and comprehensive qualities. During the competition, the contestants remained calm and composed, operated rigorously, and completed various competition tasks in strict accordance with standardized procedures, demonstrating solid professional knowledge and proficient operational skills. The judging panel adhered to the principles of fairness, impartiality, and openness, conducting comprehensive scoring from multiple dimensions including operational standardization, efficiency, quality, and safety, to ensure objective and fair competition results.
After a day of intense competition, the contest awarded several first, second, and third prizes as well as excellence awards. The company presented honor certificates and bonuses to the award-winning contestants, and encouraged all employees to take the award-winning contestants as role models, focus on their own duties, study hard, and continuously improve their professional skills and business level.
